Our Mission: To provide programs and services that offer expertise and guidance as families with deaf and hard of hearing children ages 0-5 navigate through opportunities for speech, language, education and communication.

Our Values and Beliefs: We believe in the right of the family to explore all language and communication opportunities that will fit their unique needs. We believe that all individuals have the right to communicate, to be understood, and to participate fully in their own family unit and community.
